Coinbase launches x402 Bazaar to expand the AI Agent stablecoin micropayment ecosystem

The Coinbase engineering team has released x402 Bazaar, a discovery platform for AI agents designed to expand its stablecoin micropayment-based ecosystem. The platform is built on the previously launched open-source protocol x402 and supports AI agents in making instant stablecoin payments between websites. Coinbase says x402 Bazaar is suitable for "pay-per-access" scenarios, such as accessing market data, calling image or video generation models, and subscribing to real-time financial information, and aims to establish a more complete autonomous transaction process for AI agents.
